Transportation from the Airport

If you’re flying in for the retreat, Kansas City International (MCI) is your destination airport and is 37 miles from Unity Village. You may want to schedule your arrival to get you to Unity Village in time for our Welcome Reception, which starts at 4:30pm; or at least in time for dinner at 5:30pm. (See Sample Program above for retreat check-in times).      Our program ends around 1:30pm on Sunday so, if possible, try to book your return flight for after that time.

To arrange your transportation between the airport and Unity Village, it is recommended you either rent a car, book a shuttle, or hire a car service.  The following shuttle service providers have been supporting our guests for years:

BATS: 913-634-5484 or

Serving You: 816-522-3582.

There will also be a sign-up sheet you can use if you would like to car pool with other guests and share a ride back to the airport.

If you still have questions you can email them to us at info@touchingthestillness.org, otherwise use the form and link below to register for the retreat.
