The Breathing Space — Our Bi-Monthly Meditation on Zoom

Welcome to our community’s Breathing Space, the place to retreat for a tranquil time of stillness during our live meditation and mindfulness experience on Zoom, hosted by meditation facilitator Paulette Pipe.

Take time to exhale and be transported into a deep sanctuary of stillness while in the company of other like-minded noble friends. After this 30-minute experience, you'll likely return to your day feeling refreshed, energized, and radiating with a profound sense of peace.

The Breathing Space meditation usually occurs on the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month. Additionally, on the fifth Tuesday, we host a bonus Twilight Meditation evening. However, please note there will be no Twilight Meditation on the fifth Tuesday this month.

This month’s afternoon Breathing Space gatherings are scheduled for Tuesday, 8 and 22 September 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Pacific Time; 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
